A few words about jellyfish…
These beautiful sea animals mesmerize with their rhythmic, undulating movements and vibrant colors. Jellyfish are a large group of zooplankton organisms that exist in all seas and live at all depths. They have significant active movement. Jellyfish are essential to the ecosystem and its balance.
The body of the jellyfish is bell-shaped and produces a gelatinous substance. In the periphery they have tentacles and sensory organs.
Μost jellyfish live two and a half months. However, there is one species that can live up to 30 years and another species, Turritopsis nutricula, is immortal.
